1. Definitions

• “Client,” “you,” or “your”: Refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• “Services”: Refers to the video production services, including eLearning videos, explainer videos, and software tutorial videos, provided by Veurone.

2. Scope of Services We provide video production services utilizing AI tools. The scope, timelines, and deliverables of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or project brief agreed upon before commencing work.
3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Ensure that provided materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Cooperate with us throughout the project to ensure successful delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the project proposal or invoice.
• A deposit of 50% may be required before starting the project.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or lead to suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by the client remain the client’s property.
• The final video deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
• We retain the right to use project samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions Policy

• Unlimited number of revisions are included within the agreed project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality We will maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided materials and information. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.
8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the Terms.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees for completed work must be paid.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as client’s delays or force majeure events.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service causing the claim.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including infringement of third-party rights.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of 2016 (PECA). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Data Protection and Cyber Laws, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
